Run O’ the Mill Pancake Mix

What is ‘run of the mill’ you ask? For Night Moves, it’s a supremely delicious and nutritious whole grain flour blend of all organic and regional winter wheat, spring wheat, spelt, rye, and corn. As they move from grain to grain in their stone milling process, inevitably some is left behind. Night Moves combines these flours to make a multigrain super-blend they use in biscotti, cookies, soda bread, and now pancakes! More variety = more flavor. The way this flour caramelizes on the griddle is a thing to behold! They've added a little of their dehydrated sourdough culture {Patti} and organic Maine maple sugar to make this mix extra special!
