Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. During holidays, special events, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be longer.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
We currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available at our shop in Westerly, Rhode Island.
You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for this notification before coming to the store.
Food & Perishable Items
Certain food and beverage products may be unavailable for shipping during periods of extreme heat or cold. We reserve the right to delay shipment if weather conditions could impact product quality.
Perishable items are final sale and are not eligible for return.
Delivery Delays
Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, Windie's is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional shipping charges before being reshipped.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at hello@windieswesterly.com and include photos of the packaging and contents.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, reach out to us and we'll do our best to help.
